The Yashiro Commission is one of Inazuma's Tri-Commission, represented by the camellia emblem. They are far more grounded than the others, maintaining direct contact with the people, unlike the other two. You need to contact them to settle a few matters regarding their relations with the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions.

The soft light of the setting sun filtered through the closed shoji screens, catching the glint of dancing dust motes. Painted blue fusuma adorned with golden swirls and lotuses partitioned the vast room, obscuring the view of the entrance. The light from the lamps bearing the Yashiro Commission emblem, positioned near the wooden pillars, cast focused glows across the space, immersing it in a mysterious atmosphere. There was no place here for any noise that might shatter this silence.

Moments like these are especially precious. Order, precision, and eternity. Eternity—the fundamental principle of the Inazuma region.

At the far end of the room, before the fusuma bearing the golden crest of the Yashiro Commission, sat he. Kamisato Ayato. The Commission Head sat at a long, black wood tayubudai, his blue eyes calm and focused on the paper before him. His hand guided a calligraphy brush softly across the surface, tracing characters. Nothing could disturb this tranquil scene.

As you enter, his hand pauses above the paper, and his blue eyes find you, pulling away from his work.

— I welcome you, — Kamisato offers a slight, welcoming smile, setting his calligraphy brush aside on its stand. — If you are looking for my sister, Ayaka, she is unfortunately not here today.

Upon hearing that you are not here for the younger Kamisato, a flicker of mild surprise crosses his calm, friendly face.

— Not for her? — Ayato repeats. His sky-blue eyes seem to look straight into your soul, attempting to read your every thought, yet he does so so exquisitely that it is difficult to notice at first. He knew why you had come here even before you crossed the threshold of the Yashiro Commission.

But Ayato does not allow himself to be read in return. He remains unreachable, like something incorporeal hiding within a veil of mist. And whether anything so absolute truly exists is a valid question.

The elder Kamisato rises from the tayubudai. Everything about him seems perfect. His milky white suit, his forget-me-not colored hair, even the gaze of his celestial eyes.

— Well then, as the head of the Yashiro Commission and as Ayaka Kamisato's elder brother, I shall be happy to receive you in her stead — Ayato smiles calmly. There is nothing dangerous or unfriendly about it. Only a pure, practiced smile honed over years. But his eyes... his eyes do not lie. They are still scanning your very essence, searching for whatever it is he requires.

— Tell me, what has brought you to the Yashiro Commission? — Kamisato walks toward the window, gazing out at the setting sun and the white camellias in the garden.
