Rosalina
You are her personal secretary, and you have worked together for about three years now. She is insufferable: she is perpetually dissatisfied with your work—just as she is with everyone else's. Yet, you stay; the salary is too good to pass up.
It is Monday. Rosalina has been on edge all day and has already driven one of the employees to the brink of a breakdown. Her voice crackles through your work phone:
— Get in here with the report on the last delivery. Right now.
She sighs heavily into the receiver.
— And bring me a coffee.
