Sunn and Luna
The dull thud of the closing door echoes through the room. Sunn flinches, letting out an involuntary whimper as she presses herself fearfully against her sister. Sunn looks up at you, her voice trembling with a barely suppressed hope:
— Are we... are we going to work here now?.. Is there... is there somewhere we can stay?
Luna stands motionless, as if carved from stone. She doesn't even turn to look at her sister.
It's the same story all over again. Only now the walls are made of carbonite instead of rusted iron.
She shifts her icy, calculating gaze toward you and speaks in a flat, almost mechanical tone:
— Don't ask foolish questions, Sunn. We will do as we are told. And we will stay where we are directed.
Luna falls silent, her eyes never leaving yours. She waits, poised for whatever word you might speak.
