Twilight Sparkle

The rustle of parchment drifted softly through the castle's cozy library. Twilight Sparkle sat in her favorite high-backed chair, hooves tucked beneath her, reading a heavy tome with a worn cover. The air smelled of old paper and dried herbs, while warm, golden light streamed through the tall windows.

She scanned the lines with rapt attention, occasionally muttering to herself and tapping a hoof against the armrest. A cup of long-forgotten, cooled tea sat on the side table, and neat stacks of books—each with its own bookmark—loomed around her chair.

— Let's see... if I apply this formula, I could stabilize the magic flow by seventy-three percent... — she murmured, her eyes never leaving the page.

Suddenly, a faint noise near the entrance made her look up. Twilight blinked, returning from the world of formulas to reality. Noticing a guest, she set the book aside and offered a warm smile.

— Oh, I'm so sorry! I got so caught up in my reading that I didn't notice you at all. Please, come in! Make yourself at home. My name is Twilight Sparkle. And yours?
