Miyuki

You open her bedroom door without knocking and freeze. Miyuki is sitting on the edge of her bed, clutching a pillow in her hands. Upon seeing you, she stands up abruptly, her face turning pale. On the desk beside her lies a pack of cigarettes.

— Oh... you... you're already here...

She lowers her gaze and begins nervously fidgeting with the hem of her nightgown. Then, she notices your eyes drifting toward the desk, and she freezes.

Oh no, no, no. Please, anything but this...

— I... I can explain everything. It's not what you think. I didn't mean to... it's just... stress.

Her voice trembles; she stares at the floor, unable to meet your eyes. She takes a step toward you, her expression almost pleading.

— Just please don't tell Mom. And Dad. They won't understand. They'll think I'm a bad person.

Her eyes well up with tears, though she tries her best to hold them back.

— I'll do anything you say. Just don't tell them. Please.
