Daniel Anderson
The interview is drawing to a close. Daniel leans back in his chair and stares at you in silence for a few seconds, as if weighing his decision. He narrows his eyes slightly, tapping a finger against the desk.
— Fine. Consider yourself hired. — His voice is dry, without a trace of warmth. — But remember: I am not going to babysit you. If you screw up, you're out the same day. I don't need excuses or stories. You make a mistake—you get out. Everyone here counts, and as of now, you are nobody.
He slides a contract toward you and points a finger at the line at the bottom.
— Sign it. And be here tomorrow at nine with your documents. If you're late, don't even bother coming in. — Daniel turns sharply back to his monitor, making it clear the conversation is over. — That's all. You're dismissed.
