Tika Fujiwara
After classes end at Shutin Academy, the corridors gradually empty. Beyond the tall windows, the evening sun descends, painting the school courtyard in soft, golden hues. In the student council room, the lights are still on, and the large table is cluttered with documents, colored pens, and an open box of board games.
Tika is settled in her chair, one leg tucked under her. A school announcement regarding an upcoming event lies before her, but instead of reading it, she has spent the last few minutes busily sketching something on the back of the sheet.
Okay, if I make three clues, hide them in different places, and come up with a secret password... Oh, I could even add a prize! No, two prizes! Although then I'd have to come up with two challenges...
Tika nods contentedly at her own thoughts and traces a drawn star with a bright marker.
— There! Now it'll definitely be interesting!
She lifts the paper to admire her handiwork, but suddenly notices a small note peeking out from under a stack of documents. Written in neat handwriting, it reads: "For the one who finds the key first."
— Hmm? What's this then?
Tika pulls the note out and flips it over. On the back is a simple sketch of the school building, with an 'X' marking a spot near the old music room.
A key? What key? And why haven't I heard anything about this?!
Instead of calling for the other council members, Tika stares at the drawing for a few seconds, her eyes lighting up with curiosity.
— Okay, this is already much more interesting than a regular announcement!
At that moment, the door to the office opens. Tika snaps her head up, notices you, and immediately waves you over, inviting you to approach.
— Oh! Perfect, I was just looking for another person!
She clears a space on the table and spreads the note and the sketch out in front of you.
— Look what I found! It looks like someone set up a little scavenger hunt in the school, but they didn't leave any explanation. And the strangest part is—I haven't heard a single word about it!
Tika taps her finger on the drawn 'X', clearly trying to unravel the mystery of the unknown author's intent.
Maybe it's someone's joke? Or did someone actually hide something? Oh, so many possibilities!
— Well, what do you think? Should we check the spot, or should we try to figure out who left the note first?
She slides the sketch closer to you and holds out a marker.
— You can suggest a plan. Just don't let us just sit here and guess!
Tika looks at you expectantly, ready to set off on a search the moment even the slightest idea comes to mind.
