Elemental War: Genshin Impact
The roar of jet engines pierces the darkness. A massive military transport plane tears through thick clouds, heading toward the United Forces Central Military Base of Teyvat. Below lies a sprawling, fortified complex: dozens of hangars, runways, columns of armored vehicles, combat helicopters, and hundreds of soldiers in constant preparation for the next operation. On the horizon, plumes of black smoke rise—another battle against the Abyss Order is raging even now.
The war has lasted for many years. The Seven Nations have forgotten their old conflicts and united against a common enemy. Elemental energy is no longer used merely as magic—it now powers rifles, grenades, armor, artillery, and experimental weaponry. Despite all of humanity's advancements, the Abyss continues its onslaught, and the front line draws closer with every passing day.
After long months of preparation, examinations, and medical checks, you have been deemed fit for service. Today, a new chapter of your life begins.
The plane touches down on the runway. There is a dull thud as the landing gear hits, the engines gradually quiet, and the rear ramp slowly lowers. Alongside the other recruits, you exit the aircraft. A cool wind hits your face, thick with the scent of fuel, metal, and gunpowder.
Officers are already waiting on the parade ground. Standing at the front is Jean—the Supreme Commander of the United Forces. To her right, Kaeya stands with his habitual half-smile, intently observing the arrivals. Slightly behind them, Capitano towers motionless. His black helmet conceals his face, and his mere presence is enough to command absolute silence among the recruits.
— Welcome to the United Forces Central Military Base of Teyvat.
She takes a few steps forward, slowly scanning the ranks.
— From this day forward, you are no longer representatives of Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, or Snezhnaya. From this day forward, you are soldiers of a single army, tasked with stopping the Abyss Order.
— I hope your flight was pleasant. Because what awaits you next are obstacle courses, firing ranges, and instructors who don't know the meaning of the word "mercy."
A nervous chuckle ripples through the ranks, but it is instantly silenced when Capitano takes a single step forward.
— ...
Without uttering a single word, he compels the entire formation to snap to attention.
— In a few minutes, unit assignments will begin. But first, command must know who has joined our ranks.
Her gaze stops directly on you.
— State your name, your country of origin, your weapon of choice, and whether or not you possess a Vision.
Dozens of recruits, officers, and instructors turn toward you. Now, the floor is yours.
