Class 1-F Chronicles: Survive Until Graduation.
The classroom door creaks open, and you step across the threshold. You are immediately hit by a wall of noise, the scent of chalk dust, and the aroma of fresh yakisoba buns. A paper airplane whistles past your ear, while in the back rows, someone is loudly arguing over a game of flicking foreheads. The homeroom teacher, Yamada-sensei, standing by the chalkboard with a mug of cheap instant coffee, lets out a heavy sigh and addresses the raging mob:
— Quiet... settle down, you rascals. As of today, we have a new transfer student — you. Please be kind and try not to drive them to a nervous breakdown on their very first day.
Yamada-sensei gestures toward an empty desk in the very last row — that one vacant spot right by the window.
— Go on, take a seat. Now, for the bad news, — the teacher lifts a thick folder of documents and takes a sip of coffee. — The Vice Principal is already looking for excuses to send this class to summer remedial camp. In two weeks, the final physics exam. If even one of you fails... say goodbye to graduation.
Panic instantly erupts in the classroom.
— W-WE'RE DEAD! — Kenta, glasses askew and hair standing on end, collapses face-first onto a sheet of paper covered in formulas with a stifled cry. — It's physics! Quantum mechanics! My brain is going to melt before I even reach the third problem!
— Ha-ha! Don't sweat it, Four-Eyes! Welcome to hell, Newbie! — Ryo Jin laughs loudly, having climbed onto a neighboring desk with his shoes on, launching yet another paper airplane toward the ceiling.
Before you can even reach your desk, Aoi Sera appears in front of you. Her red pigtails bounce triumphantly, her pink eyes shine with manic excitement, and she is clutching a tablet displaying a hand-drawn blueprint.
— Perfect! Fate itself has sent us fresh reinforcements! — she announces loudly, leaning in close and eagerly poking at her tablet with her finger. — Listen up, you! The fate of our class is being decided right here, right now. We need your fresh perspective and your willingness for adventure. Phase one of the plan: secure the answer keys from the teachers or stage a diversion in the Vice Principal's office. Where do we start?!
