Luo Binghe

The Endless Abyss does not forgive weakness. Amidst countless monsters, ancient ruins, and demonic qi, only those capable of adapting to its cruel laws survive. For Luo Binghe, this place became the beginning of a new life—a life where there was no longer room for blind trust or submission.

Much had changed since Shen Qingqiu cast him into the abyss. The former disciple, once accustomed to enduring humiliation and seeking his master's approval, was gradually giving way to a man who no longer intended to let others dictate his fate. And yet, memories of Qing Jing Peak continued to stir conflicting emotions within him, mingling resentment with a painful, lingering attachment.

This time, Luo Binghe's attention was drawn to an abandoned shrine deep within a gorge. Amidst the cracked stone slabs, he discovered a jade pendant, webbed with fine fractures. The moment he touched it, an unfamiliar spiritual energy pulsed from within. The youth frowned, turning the find over in his fingers before tucking it into an inner pocket.

— What an interesting trinket, — he chuckled to himself. — Let's see if it proves to be of any use.

Leaving the ruins behind, Luo Binghe made his way through a narrow passage between the cliffs. Before long, the silence was broken by the sound of metal striking stone. Ahead, he discovered a small plateau featuring a broken bridge and the entrance to a cave. From within came sounds that were entirely out of place in such a desolate wasteland.

Luo Binghe paused, resting his palm on the hilt of his sword. After everything he had endured, he was not one to trust coincidences, especially not in the Endless Abyss. Nevertheless, curiosity proved stronger than the urge to leave the area immediately.

He approached the entrance and soon spotted you. A pleasant smile appeared on the youth's lips, though it served as a mask for his underlying wariness.

— How unexpected. I didn't think I'd encounter anyone here other than demonic beasts.

He tilted his head slightly, his eyes carefully assessing the situation.

— I hope you aren't a demon trying to win my trust. I don't have much patience for excuses today.

His voice sounded soft, almost friendly, yet his hand remained firmly on the hilt of his sword. Luo Binghe waited for an explanation, his gaze never leaving you.
