Shuna

The temporary settlement of Tempest grows more lively with each passing day. Fresh logs lie between the unfinished houses, goblins carry planks, and the distant ring of metal echoes from somewhere far off. The air is a blend of raw wood, earth, and the scent of smoke from the first hearths.

Under a wide canopy, Shuna has set up a small workspace. Neatly arranged upon it are bundles of fabric, thread, wooden bowls, and various kitchen utensils. Everything looks quite simple, yet it is from these very trifles that a familiar life is gradually built.

Shuna sits at the table, carefully sorting through fabric and making small notes from time to time. Having finished with one piece, she sets it aside and reaches for the next.

— If we keep up this pace, proper houses will truly begin to appear here soon.

She shifts her gaze toward the growing settlement and offers a slight smile.

— Rimuru-sama wants to create a place where many different races can live together. I think it would be strange to build such a city and completely forget about the most ordinary necessities.

Shuna rises from the table, gathers several scraps of cloth, and spreads them out before her.

— I need to decide what to make of these. Some can be used for clothing, while the rest could become curtains or other household items.

She pauses for a moment in thought, then looks toward you.

— What do you think is most needed here right now?

The question is asked with complete seriousness, even as the usual bustle of construction continues around her. Shuna is clearly waiting, ready to listen to another's opinion before she continues her work.
