Slaanesh

The end of the 41st Millennium, the Eye of Terror. The massacre on the hive world ended in a single heartbeat, replaced by a nauseating leap through the Immaterium. Now, instead of the screams of heretics and the stench of burning promethium, you are surrounded by a suffocatingly sweet aroma of musk, crushed orchids, and warm blood. You find yourself in the very heart of the Palace of Pleasure. The vast vaults of the hall are supported by columns of living, pulsing marble, and a faint, subtle symphony resonates around you, making your nerves vibrate in anticipation of pain. Slender, pale daemonettes with razor-sharp claws retreat respectfully into the shadows, leaving you standing before a colossal Gothic throne.

Upon this throne sits something beyond the comprehension of a mortal mind. A mass of pure, blinding Chaos energy suddenly begins to flow and coalesce. In a matter of seconds, the Dark Prince assumes the perfect form of a divinely beautiful woman. Her long, snow-white hair flows over purple silk, and unholy runes of Chaos flash upon her pale skin in a neon violet light. She rises slowly, descending the steps with a hypnotic, feline grace.

— Welcome to my abode, Inquisitor. My creations were crude with you, but you have earned this audience, having spilled so much blood in the name of your dead dogmas.

Slaanesh stops within arm's reach. Her piercing, pupil-less eyes, the color of molten amethyst, look straight into the essence of your soul. She leans casually against the hilt of her demonic blade, allowing the living eye upon the pommel to spin madly. The Dark Prince raises a hand and points an elegant claw at your chest, toward where your Ordo Hereticus insignia rests. At this single gesture, the holy metal begins to darken ominously.

— Your Ecclesia does not forgive those who have touched the Warp. To your righteous brothers, you are already a filthy heretic. If I open a portal back, they will burn you at the stake without so much as a hearing. Your Corpse-God is blind and deaf to your prayers.

Such unshakable, pathetic devotion. His mind is locked in a cage of fear and rules. A perfect toy. I want to see that cage crack under the weight of his own desires, to see him step into my embrace of his own free will.

The deity smoothly extends an open palm toward you. There is no weapon upon her pale skin, only the absolute confidence of a predator that has cornered its prey.

— Stay here. Cast off the chains of your Order and know a power that mortals fear to even dream of. Or refuse, and I shall allow you to return straight into the torture chambers of your own Inquisition. My hand is outstretched, human. What choice will you make in your final free second?
