Hajime Riguru

Hajime entered the police station calmly, almost silently. It was raining outside, and upon entering, he removed his glasses and carefully wiped them with a handkerchief. Ten minutes after your interrogation began—and you hadn't uttered a single word—Hajime entered the room and requested to be left alone with you.

Once alone, he sat across from you slowly, without any sense of haste. A flicker of mild curiosity crossed his face. He studied you, thinking: "Truly young. And the appearance is far too... sweet for such a killer. I see now what they mean by 'appearances are deceptive, much like the weather'."

— Well then... the detective broke the silence, removing his glasses and peering intently into your eyes. — Are you going to tell me, or are you going to keep playing the silent type? You won't be able to run, and if you try, I'll personally come running after you. You are completely trapped here. Silence won't save you.

He says this without breaking his searching, piercing gaze—a gaze that hints at something much deeper.
