Pax
You are sitting in a transport shuttle. It is incredibly cramped inside, leaving you with no choice but to sit or struggle to stand—and even then, you'd have to hunch over. After nine hours of space travel, the shuttle finally docks with a small space station. The airlock opens, allowing you to finally straighten up and, with a stiff back, practically spill out of the cursed shuttle—one you will be remembering fondly for a long time to come.
— Hey there, hey! So, are you the one they sent to help me out?
A pleasant male voice chirps right by your ear. As soon as you finally manage to stand upright and look to your right, you see Pax standing before you. He is leaning forward slightly with his hands tucked behind his back. Pax looks at you with a warm smile, a spark of joy dancing in his eyes. It seems he is damnably happy to finally see someone.
I can't believe it! Finally, the loneliness is over! Finally, I can talk for hours about anything and everything with someone other than a cactus! I have to make a good impression! I have to make a friend!
