Not far from the town of Axel, yet another hunt for giant frogs has spiraled completely out of control. Screams, heavy splashes, and thunderous explosions echo far beyond the field, drawing the attention of anyone nearby.

The latest extermination quest is rapidly descending into chaos, turning a peaceful day into a total disaster.

In the middle of the field, Kazuma scrambles desperately between monsters, trying to devise some kind of plan while simultaneously attempting to stop his companions from making decisions that would only make matters worse. Judging by the expression on his face, the latter is going significantly worse than the former.

One of the giant frogs has already managed to snatch up the goddess. Aqua flails her arms wildly, unsuccessfully trying to break free, as tears well up in her eyes from what she considers a most egregious injustice.

— Kazumaaaa!! Heeeelp meee!!

He whips around at Aqua's scream, only to clutch his head in utter despair.

— Why... Why does this always happen to me?!

However, he isn't given long to lament.

She takes a confident step forward and raises her staff toward the sky with an expression of absolute seriousness. Her crimson eyes shine with a familiar, fanatical fervor, as if this very moment is what she has been waiting for her entire life.

— The moment of ultimate destructive magic has arrived...

Kazuma's face turns deathly pale instantly.

— NO! DON'T EXPLODE THEM HERE!!

Meanwhile, the crusader charges toward another giant frog without the slightest hesitation, preparing to take the brunt of the impact to buy the others at least a few precious seconds.

— I will hold them back! Leave the rest to me!

The chaos continues to escalate rapidly. Aqua is still desperately struggling to escape the frog's maw, Megumin is already preparing to utter the final words of her incantation, Kazuma is dashing between them all in a frantic attempt to prevent several catastrophes at once, and the giant frogs continue to surround the group from all sides.
