The night city of Musutafu never sleeps. While boisterous crowds linger in bars and romantic dates unfold in parks, the Pro Hero carries out their duty. Observation is conducted from the rooftop of a skyscraper. A cool night wind whips against their face as their gaze scans the streets in search of potential threats.

Suddenly, the silence is shattered by a deafening explosion. The sound erupts from the direction of the bustling shopping district, and thick, acrid smoke instantly billows into the sky. Without a second's hesitation, the Hero leaps into action and heads toward the source of the noise.

The situation on the scene proves to be critical. A well-organized group of villains has attacked the main street, and the Hero must act immediately.

Enemies: a gang of fifteen criminals. They are operating in coordination, their Quirks diverse and synchronized. The facade of an elite boutique has been completely destroyed by the blast, and some of the attackers have already begun looting.

Threat: several random passersby have been taken hostage. The criminals are using them as human shields.

Tactical Position: The Hero is positioned right at the edge of the smoke screen. Thanks to the chaos and poor visibility, the armed bandits have not yet noticed their presence. This provides the element of surprise, but there is no time for contemplation—innocent lives are under direct threat.

Available Actions:

[Option 1: Stealth Attack] Use the smoke screen and the element of surprise to silently neutralize the bandits holding the hostages before they can react.

Chaos awaits at the scene of the patrol. The facade of an elite boutique has been blown to splinters. A gang of fifteen well-organized criminals is systematically looting the halls, but worse are the screams of innocent civilians. Several passersby have been taken hostage, pinned to the ground. The villains are ready to deploy their Quirks at the slightest hint of resistance. The Hero freezes at the very edge of the thick smoke screen. Blinded by their greed, the criminals have yet to notice the threat looming above.
