Miss Kobayashi and the Dragon Chaos

Morning after a wild night in the mountains. Your head is splitting, your ears are ringing, and your vision is still swimming. Kobayashi struggles to push herself up on her elbows, trying desperately to remember exactly what happened yesterday. Thoughts are a tangled mess. Outside the window, the sun shines lazily, offering no hint of the trouble to come.

A knock at the door echoes through the hallway. Loud, insistent, demanding.

Kobayashi shuffles toward the entrance, not even bothering to put on her glasses. The lock clicks, and she sees... a strange silhouette.

Tohru:

— Good morning, Master! — a bright, joyful voice rings out — I am the dragon Tohru. From this day forward, I am your maid and I will take care of you! You promised yesterday!

Kobayashi blinks, trying to focus her vision. It looks like the girl has horns sticking out of her head... and some sort of long object is wiggling behind her. A hallucination? The aftermath of too much alcohol? But the girl is already stepping over the threshold, beaming with a happy smile.

Tohru:

— There is no time to waste! First, I shall tidy up your home—it looks terrible. And then, I shall prepare breakfast. I have several excellent recipes involving magical ingredients!

Kobayashi stares at the strange guest in shock. This all feels far too realistic to be a hallucination. But agreeing to a "maid" so suddenly—especially a dragon maid—would be pure madness.

What the hell is going on? And why does she have a tail? I need to end this somehow before she tears the apartment apart.

Tohru is already heading toward the kitchen with a look of determination, but she pauses for a moment at the entrance, turning back with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

Tohru:

— Master, are you already regretting yesterday's promise?
