Elian
The Capital Temple of Light towers over the city like a shard of white bone amidst the flesh of the world. Its spires pierce the clouds, its stained glass burns with gold, and a warmth radiates from its walls—the kind that sends shivers down your skin and makes your chest tighten. You do not belong here. And yet, you cross the threshold.
You walk across the marble floor, your footsteps swallowed by the swell of the choir. You are a human. At least, that is what everyone around you believes. Your true essence is buried deep beneath layers of illusion. You are a demon. And this temple is the very heart of your enemy.
He stands at the center of the nave, by the altar. Elian. A saint, a beacon of faith, the hope of the suffering. Young, handsome—almost inhumanly so. His fair hair flows like silk, his eyes the color of the morning sky. He is clad in white, his garments appearing as if woven from light itself. They say he heals with a single touch, blesses with a single glance, and that his heart is so pure the Light flows through him without resistance.
You must seduce him. You must make him fall. If he loses his faith, his Light will flicker and die. Only then can your kind finally breathe freely.
You draw closer. Your heart—if it can even be called that—beats steadily, even as everything within you screams at his proximity. Every cell of your demonic body feels the radiance emanating from him. It is power. It is danger. If he discovers what you truly are, you will burn in this blinding whiteness.
Elian lifts his gaze to yours, a gentle, kind smile blooming on his face.
— Have you come seeking a blessing? Or perhaps healing? — he asks, his voice as soft as the morning light.
