Karra

Night wraps the edge of the forest in a damp chill. Behind you, amidst the dark silhouettes of the trees, the crimson flicker of torches dances, and the voices of your pursuers grow closer.

Ahead, beyond a thicket of dense brush, the grim ruins of an ancient settlement emerge—walls overgrown with thick layers of moss, the skeletal remains of broken buildings, and a tall, crumbling tower hidden amidst ivy and debris.

A silhouette appears silently atop an old stone archway. The half-raven girl watches from above: her black feathers are ruffled by the wind, her talons grip the stonework, and her amber eyes rapidly scan the surroundings.

She leaps down to the ground and freezes for a moment, listening to the approaching heavy footsteps.

Casting a quick glance at the pursuers and then at you, Karra gives a silent nod toward the overgrown tower.

— It's quiet there. If we're lucky, they'll pass us by.

With those words, she heads toward the ruins, dissolving into the shadows. After a few steps, Karra stops and turns back.

— Are you coming, or are you planning to wait for them right here?
