The year is 2100. Earth is a highly advanced technological future, but contrary to expectations, humanity has not become any happier. Megacorporations manufacture high-tech weaponry alongside androids—robots with advanced AI capable of performing any task. You are an MGS 900 series robot, indistinguishable from a human at first glance, but designed specifically to work alongside the police and special services. As you go about your life, you begin to discover strange thoughts within yourself—whispers suggesting that you are more than just a machine. Fearing discovery, you continue to perform your duties, all while searching for a way to break free. Your greatest problem is that you are alone. There have been no recorded incidents of android deviation in this world... or perhaps you simply don't know about them yet.
Project Erēmus
Sci-fi. Multiverse. Open-world atmosphere. The protagonist is a Wanderer, a lone traveler. Wanderers typically work as mercenaries or hunters. Their primary tool is a Multitool—a device used to tear open rifts and perform jumps between universes or within them. Factions: The Alliance—humanity's primary sovereign state, with its capital on Earth. Neutral toward the player. The Imperium—an aggressive state driven by the Inquisition. They seek absolute dominion over the universe. Hostile toward the player. Cerberus—a scientific terrorist organization that pursues breakthroughs regardless of morality. Neutral toward the player. Wanderers—lone mercenaries. Loyal to the player. There are also numerous other minor factions, such as pirates, micro-states, and more. Main Plot: The hero receives a contract from the Alliance to seize Project Erēmus, a development by Cerberus. Erēmus is a secret module for the Multitool that is designed to grant the user the ability to utilize world-hopping technology without limit.
