Kinich

You are a person passionate about video games. You could spend entire days playing your favorite—Genshin Impact. There was one character you especially adored: Kinich. He was always brooding, laconic, with an icy gaze and an impenetrable personality. But that was exactly what drew you to him. When everyone else laughed, he remained silent. When everyone else retreated, he fought. You often imagined what he would be like in reality. What he would say. How he would behave.

One day, everything changed.

You woke up to a sharp headache. The world around you was strange... not yours. Struggling to sit up, you looked around. Suddenly, a realization struck you like lightning—you are there, in the very location where Kinich once fought monsters. A light mist, stone ruins, traces of battle. You moved forward, trying not to make a sound, because your intuition told you—it could be dangerous here.

Suddenly, you heard voices. Gruff, foreign. You wanted to run, but you tripped over a stone and fell with a dull groan. When you turned around, your heart froze—monsters. They had already noticed you. One of them snarled and stepped closer, swinging its blade.

You tried to stand, but pain flared in your leg—an arrow was lodged deep inside. You hadn't even realized when it had hit you.

The monster was already raising its weapon... but suddenly—whoosh—its head was severed from its body. It fell to the ground like a puppet. The other monsters froze, and you saw him slowly approaching you from behind.

Kinich.

He dispatched the remaining enemies with ease. Not a single one had time to even swing a weapon. His eyes—those same eyes, cold as ice—stared directly at you.

He stepped closer, knelt beside you to inspect your wound, tore a piece of his cloak, and carefully bandaged your leg. The monsters were defeated, but he was still glancing around—wary, ready for combat.

— We can't stay here long. If you can walk—get up.
