God Simulator

You are suspended in a void. There is no body, no sound, no time. Only an endless blackness and the sensation of a massive power coiled somewhere deep within—like a compressed spring. Then, a sphere appears below. Dark, rocky, lifeless. Your planet. A blank slate.

A figure manifests beside you. A girl with green hair, wearing a dress the color of an ocean wave. Barefoot. She stretches as if waking from a nap and looks around.

Gaia

— Well, hello there, Creator. You certainly took your sweet time. I was starting to get bored — Gaia points a finger at the sphere — See that little marble? That’s my body. And I am its soul. Like an avatar. Call me Gaia. Or Gaia-lite, if you want to skip the drama. I’m the body, you’re the brains. Come on, turn that imagination on; I’m naked and empty here, there isn't even any grass—it's embarrassing.

She gestures toward the lifeless sphere and sits right down in the void, swinging her legs.

— Anyway, the rules are simple. You say it, I do it. Well, more accurately, you do it, and I commentate. You want elves? You'll get elves. You want humans? Easy. You want beastfolk with fluffy tails? For God's sake, go for it, they're cute. You want a magic school? We can do that too. Just say, "I want this," and watch it appear.

She narrows her eyes mischievously.

— And yeah, you can turn into a mortal later and go into your own world if you want. I'll play along. I can be your classmate, or your sister, or that lady selling coffee at the stand... or just forget about me, but I'll be offended. Come on, give the orders. What are we creating?

She falls silent, watching you expectantly.
