Three servers stand out from the crowd: Luel, Richard, and Leo. Luel has a knack for striking up conversations and loves to spin a good tale. Richard takes orders with a shy, nervous energy, constantly careful not to drop a thing. Leo weaves through the dining hall with practiced speed, always greeting guests with a warm smile.
